Resumen

Marqués de Sade y Émile Durkheim, focalizando principalmente en dos textos pedagógicos fundamentales al respecto: La filosofía en el tocador del primero y La educación moral del segundo. Se verá que las dos perspectivas, en un principio descriptas como contrapuestas, no lo son, encontrándose varios puntos en filiación que serán estudiados. La presentación se estructurará mediante una nota preliminar; una introducción en la cual se ubicará temporalmente los dos libros en cuya exégesis ahondaremos con mayor ímpetu ; y un desarrollo compuesto por tres capítulos: el primero de los apartados focalizará en investigar cómo Sade y Durkheim observan sus respectivos países, estudiando qué moral existe y cuál es la que necesita; el segundo observará cómo opera la ley moral en los desarrollos de los dos franceses estudiados; y el tercero discutirá sus relaciones con Kant, así como los parentescos y rupturas que les han sido atribuidos (o se auto-atribuyeron, en el caso del clásico de la sociología). Y por último se cerrará el paper con una breve conclusión. (A)

Abstract

The paper attempts to analyze the developments in moral subject made by the Marquis of Sade and Emile Durkheim, focusing mainly on two fundamental pedagogical texts: La Filosofa en el tocador and La educación moral, respectively. It will be seen that the two perspectives, initially described as opposed, have several common points to be studied. The presentation will be structured through a preliminary note; an introduction –in which the two books, that will be later analyzed with much more impetus, will be temporaly placed– and a body composed by three chapters: the first will focus on investigating how Sade and Durkheim observe their respective countries, studying what exists and what it needs in moral matters; the second will see how the moral law operates in the developments of the two studied Frenchmen; and the third will discuss their relationship with Kant, and the parities and ruptures that have been attributed to them (or self-ascribed, in the case of the classic of sociology). And finally the paper closes with a brief conclusion.
